Projects

Bioroot Energy

What’s in your trash can besides garbage? This project’s ambitious mission is to develop broad community and political support to scope, plan, fund, design, build and operate a full-scale (250 tons per day, processing 90,000 tons per year) trash conversion to biofuel facility in the Bitterroot valley which will produce marketable energy products, jobs and careers, profits for investors, and tax revenue for the State of Montana.

The Judy Toups Trail

Book writing project: Biography of Judith Toups (1930-2007), noted birding authority, writer, speaker, conservationist, newspaper columnist and my mother.  Proceeds from book sales to be donated to Mississippi Coast Audubon Society.

The Pronoun Wars

Non-fiction book in progress to be published upon my death. Password protected to keep people from forming half-baked opinions about what I think until after it matters, at least to me.  If you would like a peek before I kick, let me know.

Clear Cut Music

I have been a musician for over 30 years. I write songs I feel need to be written about subjects that don’t get written about much, if ever.  I’m not here making music just to make your tail wag.

CAGED Guitar Theory

A free online guitar lesson focused on teaching beginning to intermediate “by touch” fretboard mechanics and chord structures in all keys.

Web Development

I’ve built a strong clientele as a web developer by delivering user friendly web sites backed by friendly, fast support and low, low prices. Need a web site you can drive like a car? Call for a demonstration!

Lapwai Lane Shredders Club

Darby, Montana’s last best house concert series, since 2001. Featuring today’s best “unknown” touring musicians.
